By SPECIAL TO THE NEWS-PRESS CLEARWATER -- The doubleheaders are already beginning to pile up for the Fort Myers Miracle. For the second time in three days the Miracle were rained out — this time against the Clearwater Threshers at Bright House Networks Field on Tuesday night. The two teams do not meet again in Clearwater during the first half, so the game will be made up as part of a double header when the Threshers come to Hammond Stadium June 14-16. The Miracle will begin a three-game series against the Dunedin Blue Jays at Knology Park at 7 p.m. today. The Miracle will send RHP Adam Harben (1-1, 2.63) to the hill. Webposted 04/27/05 |
