By Daily News staff FORT MYERS — The Fort Myers Miracle had used up their entire bullpen except for one man on Thursday night in Tampa, so when Justin Olson re-injured his hamstring on Friday night, the weight of the game was rested solely on the arm of Manny Tejada. He delivered and carried the Miracle to a 2-1 victory over the Dunedin Blue Jays at Hammond Stadium. Tejada threw 103 pitches over six innings and gave up just one run on four hits while walking one and striking out eight. He was in command from the moment he came into the game in the second inning. He didn't allow a hit from the fourth until a two out single in the eighth. The same two teams meet Saturday at 7:05 p.m. The Miracle send RHP Nick Blackburn (3-1, 5.02) to the hill against the Blue Jays' Ismael Ramirez (13-6, 2.80).
