By SPECIAL TO THE NEWS-PRESS JUPITER — Jay Rainville's seven-inning, complete-game victory was only the beginning for the Fort Myers Miracle on Friday. The Miracle one-hit the Jupiter Hammerheads in game two at Roger Dean Stadium, sweeping both ends of the Florida State League doubleheader, 4-2 and 3-0. In game two, Scott Tyler came off the disabled list and worked three solid innings, allowing a single and two walks while striking out four. Tristan Crawford came out of the bullpen and hurled four perfect innings, striking out three, to earn his sixth win. Jose Leger knocked in two Fort Myers runs with a single and a sacrifice fly. Angelo Fermin had an RBI double. In game one, the Miracle came from behind to win. Trent Oeltjen's RBI ground out gave Fort Myers a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning, but Jupiter scored twice against Rainville in the bottom of the inning. Scott Whitrock's 12th homer tied it in the fifth. Justin Arneson and Leger had RBI singles in the seventh to provide the margin of victory for the Miracle.
