The Fort Myers Miracle defeated the Tampa Yankees 3-2 on Thursday night and are just a game out of the playoffs with a series against FSL West-leading Lakeland up next. Fort Myers scored in the second inning Thursday when Brock Peterson reached on an infield single. He tagged up and went to second on Scott Whitrock's fly ball to deep center.
