Red-hot Erik Lis ripped a run-scoring double in the first and delivered an RBI single in the second for Fort Myers. The 23-year-old designated hitter is 19-for-49 (.388) with seven homers and 21 RBIs since the winning streak began on Aug. 5.

Edward Ovalle went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and Jeff Christy drove in two runs.

Miracle starter Zachary Ward (5-15) allowed four runs -- two earned -- on five hits and two walks while striking out five in six innings.

Maxwell Leon, who went 2-for-4, plated runs with a groundout in the first and a double in the fifth for the Flying Tigers (20-33), who have lost a season-high eight straight.
