By Special to Fort Myers News-Press TAMPA — The second-half playoff push for the Fort Myers Miracle continued Wednesday night with a 5-2 road win over the Tampa Yankees at Legends Field. The Miracle have won 10 consecutive games, a Florida State League season-high, and have put together the second-best win streak in Miracle history. The Miracle moved to within three games of first in the FSL's second half. After a leadoff double by Brian Dinkelman in the first, Erik Lis hit his third home run in two nights. The Miracle scored three more runs in the first inning on an RBI single by Edward Ovalle, a throwing error by Marcos Vechionacci at third and an RBI groundout by Dwayne White. Five runs for Miracle starter Jeff Manship turned out to be plenty of support. Manship (7-3) pitched six innings, allowing two runs on seven hits. The bullpen trio of Kyle Aselton, J.P. Martinez and Eddie Morlan didn't allow a serious Yankee threat the rest of the way. Morlan struck out the side in the ninth for his 17th save of the season. Webposted on August 16, 2007
