By Naples Daily News staff The Fort Myers Miracle gave up four home runs and all but gave up on a postseason berth on Thursday, losing to the Sarasota Reds, 5-3, in Sarasota. Dunedin beat Clearwater, 10-1, and Lakeland defeated Tampa, 4-3, in other games involving the contenders in the Florida State League's Western Division. If either Dunedin or Lakeland wins one of their final three remaining games or the Miracle lose one of their final three, Fort Myers is officially eliminated. The Miracle took a 2-1 lead in the third on Jose Leger's sacrifice fly with the bases loaded and Mark Zamojc's fielder's choice groundout. But Ben Himes hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the third, and Jeff Urgelles added a solo shot in the fourth. Mark Schramek added a solo homer in the sixth. The two teams meet tonight at Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota at 7 p.m. Webposted on September 2, 2005
