Special to the Naples Daily News The Fort Myers Miracle baseball team won the MiLB.com's inaugural 2007 Promotion of the Year for its "Salute to Billy Donovan Night" promotion in an online vote of fans. The promotion came out of University of Florida head basketball coach Billy Donovan's situation. Donovan accepted the job as head coach of the NBA's Orlando Magic and then changed his mind days later and returned to Gainesville. Fans could leave after three innings of the game and negotiate with a lawyer for something in return. Waffles were also sold at a concession stand. The Miracle edged out the Portland Beavers "Bob L.
