By Daily News staff DUNEDIN — The last time the Fort Myers Miracle and Dunedin Blue Jays played, the Jays were going for a division title. This time, the Miracle won 7-3 Monday night at Knology Park. The Miracle pounded out 13 hits and got on the board in the first. Alex Romero led off the game with a single, moved to second on a sacrifice bunt and scored on a two-out single from Doug Deeds. They made it 2-0 with another two-out single in the second, this time by Romero. He added a sacrifice fly in the fourth to make it 3-0. The Miracle tacked on two more in the fifth when they loaded the bases and Jose Morales delivered a two run single to make it 5-0. Miracle starter Marcus Moseley was cruising through the first four innings, but in the fifth he walked the first four batters he faced and left the game. The Blue Jays cut it to 5-3, but the Miracle added two insurance runs in the eighth on an RBI single from Romero and a fielder's choice by Perodin. Romero was 3-for-3 with three RBIs and a run scored, while Doug Deeds extended his hit streak to six games by going 3-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored.The same two teams meet this afternoon 12:00 at Knology Park. The Miracle send RHP Manny Tejada (3-3, 4.30 ERA) to the hill against Dunedin RHP Shaun Marcum (1-0, 3.27).
