The Fort Myers Miracle, no-hit for seven-plus innings, lost a Florida State League game, 3-1, to the Clearwater Threshers on Saturday at Bright House Networks Field.

Luis Ugueto broke up the no-hit bid for the Miracle with a one-out double off the wall in right-center field in the eighth inning.

Clearwater starter Josh Outman (9-3) worked six innings with six strikeouts and two walks. He’s 4-0 against the Miracle in 2007.

The Threshers scored twice in the third and once in the seventh. The Miracle got three hits in the ninth for their lone run.
