By Special to the Fort Myers News-Press After two days of delays brought on by shower and thunderstorms, the Fort Myers Miracle and Tampa Yankees were finally able to play baseball delay-free on Saturday night. The Yankees used three unearned runs in the opening game for a 4-1 win while the Miracle used a three-run blast from Johnny Woodard in the 4-2 nightcap victory. The lone Miracle run in the first game came after a lead-off walk to Brian Dinkelman and a wild pitch from reliever David Robertson. Steve Tolleson picked up the RBI single to center. In the nightcap, Woodard sent a fastball over the centerfield wall in the sixth inning for to break open the game. The Miracle have today off and resume their homestand Monday against the Dunedin Blue Jays. Webposted on July 29, 2007
