By Daily News staff The Fort Myers Miracle split a pair of games Monday at Hammond Stadium. They finished off a 7-2 victory from Sunday's suspended game, then dropped a 6-1 decision to Dunedin in the regularly scheduled game. The Miracle blew open the suspended game with five runs in the fourth. Scott Whitrock had an RBI double and Denard Span had an RBI single, followed by Matt Moses' three-run homer. In the regularly scheduled game, the Miracle gave up five runs in the last inning that broke open a 1-1 game. All-Star pitcher Nick Blackburn got the first two outs in the seventh inning, but couldn't hold on. The Miracle took a 1-0 lead in the second when Trent Oeltjen was hit by a pitch, went to second on a passed ball and moved to third on a ground out. He scored on Kyle Geiger's RBI single.
