By Treasure Coast Palm staff reports FORT MYERS — The Fort Myers Miracle scored two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning without the benefit of a hit to break a 5-5 tie and go on to beat the Vero Beach Devil Rays 7-5 on Friday night at William Hammond Stadium. Losing pitcher Jino Gonzalez (2-4) lost his control in the inning as he threw two wild pitches, which permitted Caleb Moore and Whitney Robbins to score.
