By Treasure Coast Palm staff reports FORT MYERS — The St. Lucie Mets fell behind early and never could catch up as they fell to the Fort Myers Miracle 12-3 on Thursday night at William Hammond Stadium. Juan Portes and Javier Sanchez each drove in three runs for the Miracle. Joshua Petersen led the Mets with a triple, home run and two RBIs. The loss went to Jonathon Niese (6-4).
