Miracle fall to Daytona

The Fort Myers Miracle blew leads of 6-0 and 7-6 to fall to the Daytona Cubs, 8-7, in Daytona Beach on Monday night at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

The Miracle led 7-6 in the ninth after a passed ball scored Ben Pattee from third base.

But with two outs in the bottom of the ninth, Jay Sawatski walked Kevin Collins and gave up a game-tying double to J.J. Johnson. Kyle Boyer singled up the middle to win the game.
